Job Description:

• Preparing budgets and monitoring performance against the budgets;
• Carrying out audits at the client's site;
• Identifying issues for discussion with the manager
• Drafting reports to the management
• Providing supervision, counseling and on-the-job coaching promptly to service staff, helping them to understand the objectives and implications of their work and its documentation,
• Reviewing work papers prepared by the service staff, following up the clearance of review questions and evaluating the sufficient and appropriateness of the evidence obtained.
• Making suggestions for improving the service.
